Challenge

Curry Real Estate Services, a full-service commercial and multi-family real estate broker and property management company serving the Kansas City area, manages, leases, sells and provides consulting for commercial and multi-family properties. Serving the Kansas City area since 1924, Curry prides itself on providing clients with exceptional oversight and results. After multiple property renovations, property management wins and development successes, Curry was looking to add an easy and effective method to communicate its project milestones and expertise to current and prospective clients.

Solution

After researching and identifying ways in which Curry’s target audiences like to receive information, it was determined a short, visually engaging, branded collateral was the best way to communicate Curry’s projects and news. The Sturges Word team worked with Curry Real Estate Services to develop:

  • An updated look and feel for its branded collateral that consisted of design and copywriting for: cases studies, meet the team flyer, multi-family leasing brochures, RFP documents and more.
  • On-point messages and copy written to succinctly communicated its real estate expertise.
  • Branded collateral pieces designed to be complementary in order to customize documents based on target audiences.
  • Print and digital versions developed for multi-use.
