Challenge

Epoch Developments, based in Denver, Colo., rescues vintage buildings to create walkable communities in urban settings that feature carefully curated locally owned eateries, entertainment and shopping. Epoch retained Sturges Word to introduce it as a locally invested developer and convey the good work it is doing to revitalize downtown and the River Market area.

Solution

The Sturges Word team developed messaging and created a compelling media kit including press releases, fact sheets and backgrounders to announce re-openings, new tenants and new construction. In addition, the SWC team created a website to help promote the retail, office and apartment options On Delaware.
