Challenge
After its founding in 2007, Kitchen Studio: Kansas City needed to cultivate awareness of its offerings to position itself as the premier kitchen and bath designer in Kansas City. To achieve this, Kitchen Studio realized it needed more than just branding to accomplish its communications goals; it needed a strategic marketing plan.
Solution
To raise brand awareness and position Kitchen Studio as the premier kitchen and bath designer in Kansas City, the Sturges Word team developed and executed a strategic plan that consisted of the following elements:
- A full business package was designed that included letterhead, envelopes, business cards and e-signatures, all incorporating a new logo and brandling elements.
- A media strategy was executed that consisted of earning Kitchen Studio media placements in local lifestyle magazines. The media strategy was bolstered with paid advertising campaigns aimed at creating additional customer touch points.
- A refreshed website was rolled out, supported with ongoing analytics to continue to improve SEO and user experience.
